Do you only work with contractors?
No. Subcontractors and trades are our focus because that is the world we work in on every build, but the same back office problems show up in any small business: invoices that go out late, approvals that live in text threads, and an owner who is the whole office. If that sounds familiar, we can help.

How much do engagements typically cost?
The first call is free. The Money Audit is a fixed fee quoted on that call, based on the job. AI Office Training is a fixed fee of $10K to $25K depending on team size and how many kinds of paperwork we cover. No monthly retainer.
Do you do the paperwork for us?
No. We teach you to do it faster. Most of the people we work with are in the field all day with no office staff, so we show the owner, or whoever helps with the books, how to use AI to draft change orders, pay apps, invoices, insurance requests and follow-ups in minutes. You stay in control, and you are not paying us every month to do it.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can send a text and an email, you can do this. We train on your phone and the tools you already use, with your own jobs as the examples, and we write down every step so you can repeat it.
Will you work with our existing tools, or do we have to switch?
We work with what you already run: QuickBooks, Procore, Buildertrend, JobTread, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365. We are not in the business of selling you new software.
